Process to the shipping date:

>> We ship with our logistics partners UPS business or DHL e-commerce. Shipments are insured and include tracking.

>> Processing to the shipping date takes about 1-2 business days*. Business days are Monday-Friday 9:00 – 16:00 (CET)

>> After the order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation as well as a shipping confirmation including a tracking code. Updating the tracking can take up to 48 hours, even though your package is already on its way to you.

>> If you do not receive any confirmations, please check your spam folder. You can request a new confirmation at any time at the email address shop@reanimatedfilm.com . If possible, please tell us your order number.
