It’s the dream of many photographers to delve deep into the fascinating world of alternative processes like collodion wet plate or tintype. The enormous amount of time needed to master this craft, the costs, the handling of chemicals, the low ISO and the necessity of a well equipped dark room are all obstacles high enough to stop most of us.
